As King Charles and Queen Camilla prepare for the Royal Family's Secret Santa with a strict £5 budget, they head to Covent Garden in disguise, seeking handmade treasures for Princess Kate and Princess Eugenie. Meanwhile, in the shadowy corners under the Palladium, the Theatre Mice are preparing their own Christmas Day pantomime - 'Cinderella' - and handmade gifts for all their tiny friends. But the season's magic is interrupted when a lost white mouse named Snowball is mistaken for a ghost, then kidnapped by a theatre cleaner. A daring rescue is launched by the Special Mouse Services (SMS), while the Royal Couple unwittingly drive off in a vintage London bus packed with the mice's Christmas presents. With swift action from Sir Roger Russell and the SMS, Snowball is saved and restored to the panto cast, where he takes on the role of Father Christmouse.
