Biography/History:
STANLEY I. KUTLER is the E. Gordon Fox Professor of American Institutions and Professor of Law at the University of Wisconsin. He was the historical advisor for the Emmy Award-winning BBC documentary, "Watergate" (BBC 1994), and the founding editor of "Reviews in American History." He lives in Verona, Wisconsin.
