Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike star in this adaptation of the novel by Gillian Flynn directed by David Fincher. Nick Dunne (Affleck) is shocked when his wife Amy (Pike) disappears on their fifth wedding anniversary and he is initially happy to work with the media to try and locate her. However, when evidence is discovered that potentially incriminates him, he is subjected to a trial by the media and the happiness of his marriage is called into question. The cast also includes Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry and Carrie Coon.
