If you are not already a library member, you can join at any of our libraries or online with the form below. If you complete the online registration form, you will be given a library card number, which you will be able to use to access all of our online resources.
We are now issuing all library cards as digital only. Users will need to download our app if they wish to have a digital membership.
If you require a physical card, please visit your local library.
Non borough residents will need to collect their membership card from their designated library and will need to bring proof of identity.
Becoming a member
If you are already a library member you DO NOT need to join again online to renew items.
You can join the library now for free using our online membership form. You can join at any age.

Using your card in the library for the first time
You can use your membership number straight away in our library app. When using your device with your membership number in the library for the first time, and/or you wish to borrow audio visual items, you will need to provide proof of identity
Privacy
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Library and Resident Service is part of the SELMS consortium (South East Library Management System). Your borrower record will be held on a shared database but your details will only be available to staff in another authority if you choose to borrow or reserve items from that authority.
