If you are already a library member you DO NOT need to join again online to renew items
You can join the library now. It's easy using our online membership form. Membership is free and you can join at any age. Read all these steps before starting to use the form.
- Read the rules and regulations and the library byelaws using these links.
NOTE - By joining online you are accepting the library terms and conditions, and agreeing to abide by the library byelaws.
- Once you have read them use the link below to start.
- When you have completed the form, your details will be processed. If you are a Borough resident, your card will be posted to you.
- If you are under 16 a parent or carer will need to be with you to sign the form when you collect the card.
Using your card in the library for the first time:
When using your card in the library for the first time you will be asked to sign your membership form. You can then borrow books and magazines.
If you wish to borrow audio visual items you will need to provide proof of identity ( refer to the following library web page www.rbwm.gov.uk/web/library_joining.htm for acceptable proof).
